UK/EU infrastructure, one operator

One operator owns your workspace,
your AI, and your compliance.

Genitco owns and runs your sovereign workspace, AI agents, business operations, and compliance evidence, self-hosted in the EU. One accountable engagement, not four vendors stitched together.

The conclusion fifteen years of infrastructure work leads to

Businesses that own their stack are not dependent on vendors that do not share their interests.

Fifteen-plus years of building enterprise IT infrastructure, seven of them in the Netherlands at serious scale, leads to a single architectural conclusion. The SaaS bill grows every time you hire. The data residency problem compounds every time a vendor updates its terms. The exit cost rises every year you stay.

We built the alternative because the numbers said to. The platform runs Genitco's own operations. We use it every day. It works. That is the product we now sell to other organisations in the same position.

Sovereignty is not a moral position here. It is what falls out when you engineer for ownership.

Operate

The per-seat bill grows every time you hire.

M365 Business Premium is currently £16.90 per user per month on an annual plan (Microsoft published pricing, estimate as of June 2026). For 50 people, that is roughly £10,140 a year in licensing alone, before add-ons.

Add Microsoft Copilot and the arithmetic shifts again. A 50-seat year-one deployment lands closer to £55 to £67 per user once you account for base-licence upgrades, permissions remediation, and change management. That is roughly £33,680 in year one (estimate; source: Cloudswitched, May 2026).

56% of CEOs report zero measurable ROI from AI despite rising spend (PwC Global CEO Survey 2026). The tools get bought. The outcome does not always follow.

Our Team managed plan is £1,800 a month for up to 50 users: email, documents, chat, video, and AI capability, on infrastructure you own. It is a flat monthly rate, not a per-seat fee that climbs with every hire.

Whether that is a saving depends on your current spend, your support costs, and the scope of any migration. We do not know until we look. A scoping call gives you a real comparison, in writing, with the numbers specific to your business.

How we work with you

Three pillars. Scope decides the rest.

Generate is for fixed-fee projects. Operate is for managed infrastructure. Govern is for advisory and governance. Zero trust by default. Your data is not our business model. See the full pricing matrix.

Generate · from £1,500

Fixed-fee projects.

Workflow automation, AI assistants, websites, custom MCP integrations, architecture reviews, BYOK private AI, audits. Scope is named, the price is fixed, the working code is yours on day one.

What the Platform delivers

Three guarantees. No footnotes.

Open-source throughout

No proprietary dependencies. No vendor lock-in by design.

In production today

The platform runs Genitco's own business operations. We use what we sell, every day. Not a demo, not a reference architecture.

Jurisdiction-controlled

Every byte in locations you can name. Data residency is customer-controlled, not a premium add-on.

Default not dogma

We are proud of the default. We are not zealots about it.

Our default is EU-sovereign, self-hosted, open-source. It is the cleanest foundation: you own the infrastructure, the data, and the keys.

When your case legitimately needs something outside that default (a specific US SaaS integration, a niche provider you already procure from, social media as a distribution channel), we bring it in transparently with your consent, scoped to that purpose. Sovereignty is the architectural payoff, not a moral position.

Sovereign AI Platform — built for a regulated UK organisation

AI capabilities across a multi-site estate. No data leaving the network.

A UK-based organisation needed AI capabilities across a multi-site estate. The requirement: no data leaving the network, no hyperscaler dependencies, full auditability.

We designed, built, and deployed a self-hosted AI infrastructure stack that meets DSPT and ICO requirements by architecture rather than by contract.

Where this is going

Four waves. IT ownership now. Hardware Q3 2026. Homestack 2027. Ambient layer 2028.

Wave 1 (now) is sovereign IT for UK and EU SMEs. Wave 2 (Q3 2026) is pre-configured Linux hardware and on-prem GPU nodes. Wave 3 (2027) is Homestack for consumers and families. Wave 4 (2027–2028) is the ambient AI layer — a credential-broker MCP gateway that connects agents to systems with audit trails and approval flows.

Ready to scope it?

30 minutes. No sales deck.

We'll ask what you're running, what it costs, and what you actually need. Then we'll tell you what we'd do and what it costs. If it's not a fit, we'll say so. If it is, we'll have a proposal ready within five working days.
