How it is different
Not another SaaS subscription
Resource-based pricing, not per-seat
The SaaS model charges you more every time you hire. We do not. The platform cost is based on your infrastructure footprint, not your headcount. If your team doubles, your infrastructure bill changes; your platform licence does not.
Open source throughout
Every component in the stack is open-source software. You are not paying a licence fee for software you cannot inspect, cannot modify, and cannot take with you. The source is public. The configuration is yours.
Your jurisdiction, your choice
We deploy to EU infrastructure by default. For UK-regulated organisations, we deploy within the UK. If you have specific requirements (a particular cloud provider, a particular country, your own data centre), we deploy there. Data residency is an architectural decision, not a contractual promise.
A clean exit
You can leave at any time and take everything with you. Your data, your configurations, your AI agent definitions, your backups. The platform does not phone home. It does not degrade if you stop paying us. It keeps running on your hardware because it is your hardware.

We work in healthcare, legal, financial services, government, and education. These sectors have specific regulatory frameworks (CQC, DSPT, SRA, FCA, DORA, G-Cloud, KCSIE) and we design around them. The platform is not a generic tool with a compliance section in the documentation. Compliance is built into how it is deployed.

Pricing is resource-based: it reflects your infrastructure footprint, not your headcount. We do not publish specific numbers before a scoping conversation, because the right configuration for a twelve-person legal firm and the right configuration for a multi-site NHS trust are not the same thing, and a number without context creates the wrong anchor.
