Subject Access & Erasure Requests

GDPR Articles 15 (access) and 17 (erasure)

Under UK and EU GDPR, you have the right to receive a copy of any personal data we hold about you (Article 15), and the right to request its deletion (Article 17).

Both requests are handled by email confirmation. Enter your address below and we will send a secure one-time link. Clicking the link proves you control the mailbox and triggers your request. We respond within 30 days; in practice, automated requests complete within minutes.

Article 15

Request my data

Receive a machine-readable export of all personal data we hold against your email address: intake records, session metadata, and any associated identifiers.

We will email you a confirmation link. Click it to download your records. The link expires in 24 hours.

Article 17

Delete my data

Request permanent erasure of all personal data we hold against your email address. Once confirmed, records are scheduled for deletion and cannot be recovered.

We will email you a confirmation link. Click it to confirm the deletion. The link expires in 24 hours.

What we hold: if you completed our contact or beta signup form, we may hold your email address, your answers, and session metadata. We do not hold payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal data. Analytics data (via Plausible) is aggregate and contains no personal identifiers.
