AI assistants and chatbots
from £2,000Includes a sizing workshop. We start with the smallest model that does the job, on the cheapest infrastructure that meets your data-residency rules. Often the honest answer is a non-AI automation; if so, we will say so before you have spent the money.
Websites and digital presence
from £2,000Site reproduction, refresh, or new build. Open-source CMS, EU-hosted, owned by you. No Canva, no Wix, no monthly subscription you cannot exit. Source code, deployment scripts, handover.
Reporting and analytics
from £1,500Plausible or self-hosted analytics, Metabase or similar dashboards, scheduled exports. The tooling is open-source. The data lives where you say.
Architecture review
from £1,500A 2 to 5 day engagement. Independent read of your existing infrastructure: dependency risk, cost profile, vendor lock-in, exit optionality. Output is a written report with a dependency map, risk register, and prioritised recommendations. We do not bid on the remediation.
Custom MCP build
from £2,500 per integrationWe wrap your API as a Model Context Protocol server so AI agents can use it safely — credentials stay in your secrets manager, every call is logged, write operations are gated by your approval flow. One integration per quote.
Private AI deployment (BYOK)
scope-dependentA scoped LLM deployment on infrastructure you control. You bring the backend (Anthropic, Nebius, your own GPU), we wire LiteLLM, prompts, monitoring. You pay your provider directly. We do not mark up inference.
System and security audits
scope-dependentTargeted assessments — exposure surface, data-flow mapping, control coverage. Output is a written report and a remediation plan that you can hand to your team or to us, on either delivery mode.
How we work

Tell us what is slow, broken, or missing. We read your brief, ask one specific question if we need to, and tell you within 48 hours whether we can fix it.
Scope and price
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start. If the scope changes mid-engagement, we come back before continuing. No surprises is a process.
Deliver and hand over
Source code, documentation, deployment scripts, handover session. We do not retain access unless you ask us to. The end state is you can run it without us.
What we will not do
- · Hourly billing on Generate work. The price is the scope.
- · Marking up infrastructure or inference. Pass-through at cost. Margin is on expertise.
- · Recommending an AI assistant when an automation pipeline is the right answer. The sizing workshop is included for that reason.
- · Lock-in. Every Generate engagement ends with you owning the source, the deployment scripts, and the runbook.
