Support is bundled, not a separate SKU. AI tier-1 with human escalation is included on every Operate tier.

Delivery modes

We-host (turnkey managed)

We pay the infrastructure provider. We run the stack. You use it. The infrastructure cost is pass-through at our procurement price; the monthly figure above covers expertise, support, and the operations layer.

You-host (retainer)

You own the cloud account. You see the bills. We run the control plane, configuration, and maintenance. Right answer when you need direct control over the underlying contract or have an existing cloud commitment to spend down.

Mixed-mode

Named packages — data-sovereign-ops-managed, compute-BYO-integration-managed, scoped-delegation where we embed in your cloud account with named scopes. Right answer for regulated organisations with specific data-residency rules.
